Leah’s 20 years of experience in the construction accounting field makes her an essential part of the TPNC team. She has recently furthered her education at the Scottsdale Community College, earning a diploma in both business management and equine science.
With an abundance of knowledge and experience in the accounting field, Leah is responsible for all financial aspects of TPNC, including banking, accounting, reconciliation, and contracts. As company liaison between TPNC, subcontractors, and homeowners, Leah is dedicated to clear communication and building positive professional relationships.
With 24 years of experience in building high-end custom homes, Mark has an aptitude for managing every phase of the homebuilding process. He has had the pleasure of working with many discerning clients in the luxury homes and villas of North Scottsdale throughout his career with TPNC, including projects in the Desert Mountain, Estancia, and DC Ranch communities.
Mark oversees all aspects of construction, from building site layout, to mechanicals, and close out phases. His ability to communicate effectively and build strong teamwork-centred relationships with TPNC’s subcontractor associates ensures the homebuilding process goes smoothly for every client.
Russ Files has been a valuable member of The Phil Nichols Company since 2014. He has been working in the construction industry for approximately 30 years, and has risen to the role of Assistant Field Coordinator within our team. Russ is a key support person for our project management staff as he takes on the tasks of quality control and managing the aesthetic appeal of job sites.
