With the start of his company in 1995, Phil Nichols is continuing a legacy started by his father in 1965. The more than 700 residences that bear the Nichols name are a testament to the highest level of quality construction and project management.
Phil Nichols is personally involved with every stage of the building process, working one-on-one with each client to ensure nothing is overlooked. Financial Controller
Debbie is a seasoned Financial Controller in the realm of custom homebuilding and construction with more than 30 years of experience. She brings a wealth of experience to seamlessly integrate budget management, cost analysis, financial reporting, and insurance requirements tailored to the unique demands of luxury home construction.
A collaborative professional bridging the gap between budget oversight, the project team, and the Homeowner to foster open communications and ensure every aspect of the homebuilding experience aligns seamlessly with the vision.
Patrick Vamvakas
Project Manager
Patrick Vamvakas has over 15 years of management experience in the luxury custom home-building industry. Known for his meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to quality craftsmanship, Patrick has established himself as a trusted leader in his field. Originally from Colorado with a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder, Patrick grew up in the Rocky Mountains. Patrick oversees all aspects of the construction process, from project planning and scheduling to on-site supervision and quality control. He works closely with clients, designers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure that each project is completed to the highest standards.
Russ Files
Superintendent
Russ Files has been a valuable member of The Phil Nichols Company since 2014. He has been working in the construction industry for over 30 years and has risen to the role of Field Coordinator within our team. Russ is a key support person for our project management staff as he takes on the tasks of quality control and managing the aesthetic appeal of job sites.
With an eye for detail and drive to complete projects coupled with his calm and clear communication style Russ is truly a benefit to our team and the service we provide our clients.
